    Microdosing Protocol Planner

Pick a substance and a protocol; set a start date. The planner generates your dose schedule and lets you export it as an .ics file for Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook.

Reference material, not medical advice. Microdosing research is still developing; effects vary across individuals. Anyone on psychiatric medication, with a personal or family history of psychosis, or with cardiac concerns should consult a qualified provider first.

    About this protocol

    Fadiman (1 on, 2 off)

Dose once, then take two days off. The off-days are intentional: day two is a transition day where subtle effects often linger, day three is a reset baseline.

The most-cited microdosing protocol. Suits people new to microdosing or those evaluating effects against a clear baseline. Standard duration: 4-8 weeks, then a 2-4 week off-cycle.

    About this substance

    Psilocybin (dried mushrooms)

A microdose is roughly 1/10th of a recreational dose. Potency varies substantially between strains and batches, weighing on a milligram scale (not a kitchen scale) is essential for consistency. Effects are typically subtle: light mood lift, slight perceptual clarity, no visuals.

Important: Psilocybin and LSD are controlled substances in most jurisdictions. This planner is a reference tool, not an instruction or endorsement. Use within the laws that apply to you.

Do not microdose while on lithium, tramadol, or strongly serotonergic medications without medical guidance. See the interaction checker for specific pairings.
